Key Policy Documents

CIDA's "Results-Based Management Policy Statement 2008", approved by Management Board on May 29, 2008, is an update and renewal of CIDA's original policy statement, released in 1996.

CIDA's RBM policy was updated in order to:

• Standardize and provide better coherence in RBM terms, definitions and methodology used across the agency,
• Align RBM at CIDA with the Canadian Government approach, and
• Harmonize RBM at CIDA with the International Donor Community
