Warning: Fraudulent Job Offers, Websites and Emails

It has come to our attention that people are being offered positions at CIDA through websites with which CIDA is not associated. This situation is under investigation. CIDA does not ask job applicants to send a photocopy of their passport or money in support of their application.

In another type of scam, emails are sent to potential CIDA partners asking them to register to a forum or conference through a bogus CIDA website.

Please note that CIDA never asks participants to contribute financially when registering for one of its conferences.
