Engaging Canadians and Organizations in International Development
CIDA's Partnerships with Canadians Programs recognize and support the work of Canadian organizations dedicated to improving the lives of those living in poverty in developing countries.
Under its Partners for Development Program, projects and programs that are effective, efficient, and accountable will make a meaningful difference on the ground. Working in partnership means that efforts to reduce poverty will have positive outcomes and reflect Canadian values of compassion and caring.
Under its Global Citizens Program, CIDA will work with its partners to engage and mobilize Canadians as global citizens to participate in international development initiatives.
