The Procurement Handbook for Goods and Related Services (February 2004) is outdated. CIDA has archived the handbook but has made it available for reference purposes only.
The purpose of the Procurement Handbook for Goods and Related Services is to provide information on the procurement of goods and related services for projects funded wholly or partly by CIDA. As such, this handbook provides an awareness of mandatory requirements, policy considerations, guidelines, procedures and best practices. This guide is of particular interest to Canadian Executing Agencies.
