Position Description:	Position Description: Prepare tailored LED case studies and conduct associated research. Assist project partners (local governments, businesses and civil society organizations) to plan, implement and performance monitor LED projects. Prepare proposals and feasibility studies for LED projects. Assist project partners (local governments, businesses and civil society organizations) to develop and implement Information and Education Campaign (IEC) strategy for tourism/agri business products, sites, services.
