  • Support local government project partners to maintain and adjust programs and procedures to improve knowledge management
  • Deliver workshops for local government partners in knowledge management tools and products (i.e. training modules and best practices) as it relates to economic development, environmental management, basic service delivery, infrastructure management, tourism management, and public safety.
  • Produce materials (compendium and summary studies) best practices, policies, tools, and systems to guide local partners in using knowledge management systems.

Qualifications:
  • Education and experience in journalism, communication arts or related field
  • Skills in graphic design and editing; organizing and facilitating events; website content development and/or maintenance
  • Interest or experience in regional planning, governance and development issues
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in Filipino is an asset

Description du poste:
  • Appuyer les partenaires du projet de l'administration locale dans le maintien et l'ajustement des programmes et des procédures pour améliorer la gestion du savoir.
  • Offrir aux partenaires des administrations locales des ateliers sur les produits et les outils de gestion du savoir (p. ex. modules de formation, pratiques exemplaires) en ce qui concerne le développement économique, la gestion environnementale, la prestation de services de base, la gestion des infrastructures, la gestion du tourisme et la sécurité publique.

Qualifications:

  • Études et expérience en journalisme, en arts de la communication ou autre domaine connexe.
  • Compétences en graphisme et en édition; connaissance de l'organisation et de l'animation d'activités, de la conception du contenu de sites Web et du maintien de sites Web.
  • Intérêt ou expérience en matière de questions liées à la planification régionale, à la gouvernance et au développement.
  • Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite.
