Position Description:	Description du poste: Élaborer et dispenser de la formation en santé sexuelle et reproductive au personnel médical de la clinique de La Cienega et de Nizao-Las Auyamas Élaborer et dispenser des ateliers de formation sur les droits sexuel et reproductifs aux membres du groupe de jeune de La Cienega Réaliser des ateliers de formations sur la santé sexuelle, les grossesses chez les adolescentes et la violence faite aux femmes aux membres des 8 organisations de base de La Cienega Qualifications: Bon sens d'adaptation, facilités en communication orale, bon sens de l'autonomie et de bonnes aptitudes en planification. Base en espagnol ou facilité dans l'apprentissage des langues Formation d'études supérieures touchant au service social, sexologie, psychologie ou domaines connexes. Position Description: Develop and give training on sexual and reproductive health to medical staff at the clinics in La Cienega and Nizao-Las Auyamas Develop and give training workshops on sexual and reproductive rights to members of the La Cienega youth group Hold training workshops on sexual health, teen pregnancy and violence against women for members of La Cienega's eight grassroots organizations Qualifications: Good adaptability, good oral communication, good self-reliance and good planning skills. Basic knowledge of Spanish or aptitude for learning languages. Higher education in social service, sexology, psychology or related fields.

Host Organization Details:	Cette composante permettra au CEPAE de renforcer les actions qu’il a récemment initié dans le district municipal de La Cienega au niveau de la santé sexuelle et reproductive. Il s’agit d’une part, de renforcer les habiletés et les connaissances des membres de 8 organisations de base de La Cienega (clubs des mères, comité de quartier, comité intercommunautaire, association de parents de l’école et association religieuse) sur des thèmes reliés à santé des femmes et à la santé sexuelle et reproductive et, d’autre part, de renforcer en particulier les connaissances des membres d’un groupe de jeunes de la communauté. De la formation sera également donnée chaque année au personnel de santé de la clinique (il y a un roulement de personnel chaque année). A mesure ou les capacités des groupes de jeunes évolueront, les stagiaires les formeront davantage et réaliseront avec eux des activités qui rejoindront différents publics cible de la communauté. This component will help CEPAE strengthen the activities it recently initiated in the municipal district of La Cienega with respect to sexual and reproductive health. The aim is, on the one hand, to enhance the abilities and knowledge of the members of eight grassroots organizations in La Cienega (mothers’ clubs, neighbourhood committee, intercommunity committee, school parents’ association and religious association) on topics associated with women’s health and sexual and reproductive health and, on the other hand, to enhance in particular the knowledge of the members of a community youth group. Training will also be given every year to medical staff at the clinic (there is a turnover of staff every year). As the capacities of the youth groups evolve, interns will give them more training and hold activities with them to reach various target audiences within the community.
