Position Description:	Description du poste: Élaborer et dispenser un atelier de formation de renforcement organisationnel dirigé au comité intercommunautaire de Nizao-Las Auyamas Élaborer et dispenser des ateliers sur les procédures internes des organisations Élaborer et animer des journées éducatives pour la population locale sur différents thèmes reliés aux droits humains Organiser et réaliser des rencontres entre les différentes organisations et comités locaux afin de d'améliorer la concertation entre eux Qualifications: Bon sens d'adaptation, facilités en communication orale, bon sens de l'autonomie et de bonnes aptitudes en planification. Base en espagnol ou facilité dans l'apprentissage des langues Formation d'études supérieures touchant au service social, sciences politiques, études ou relations internationales ou domaines connexes. Position Description: Develop and give a guided training workshop on organizational development to the Nizao-Las Auyamas intercommunity committee Develop and give workshops on internal organizational procedures Develop and facilitate educational days for the local population on various themes associated with human rights Organize and hold meetings between the various local committees and organizations to improve coordination between them Qualifications: Good adaptability, good oral communication, good self-reliance and good planning skills. Basic knowledge of Spanish or aptitude for learning languages. Higher education in social service, political science, international studies or relations or related fields.

Host Organization Details:	Cette composante permettra au CEPAE de renforcer les actions qu’il mène depuis quelques année dans le district municipal de Nizao-Las-Auyamas au niveau de la participation citoyenne et la bonne gouvernance municipale.. Il s’agit d’une part, de renforcer les habiletés et les connaissances des membres de 6 organisations de base de Nizao-Las Auyamas (Comité de quartier, comité intercommunautaire) sur des thèmes reliés à la participation citoyenne et sur le renforcement des organisations de base. Ensuite, des formations toucheront les lois et réformes du pays et la transparence dans la gestion municipale. Enfin, on désire mettre sur pied un comité de vigilance pour être attentif à la gestion et aux engagements municipaux et favoriser la concertation entre la Municipalité et les groupes de base. This component will help CEPAE strengthen the activities it has conducted over the past few years in the municipal district of Nizao-Las-Auyamas with respect to citizen participation and good municipal governance. The aim, in part, is to enhance the abilities and knowledge of the members of six grassroots organizations in Nizao-Las Auyamas (neighbourhood committee, intercommunity committee) on topics associated with citizen participation and the strengthening of grassroots organizations. Then, training on the country’s laws and reforms and on transparency in municipal management will be given. Finally, there is a desire to establish a public advisory committee to monitor municipal commitments and management and encourage coordination between the municipality and grassroots groups.
