Position Description:	Description du stage: Réaliser une évaluation de la situation générale des coopératives; Contribuer à l'implantation et à l'utilisation d'un système de comptabilité élémentaire et d'aide à la prise de décisions dans les coopératives partenaires; Appuyer et contribuer à la formation des professionnels locaux; Appuyer les coopératives en management et dans l'organisation de leurs opérations commerciales et financières. Réaliser des activités d'engagement du public durant la période de stage à l'étranger et au retour. Qualifications: Détenir un baccalauréat ou une maîtrise en comptabilité, finance ou une discipline reliée à la gestion d'entreprise; Connaissances de base du secteur coopératif; Français-anglais fonctionnel; Être disposé-e à vivre et à se déplacer en milieu rural; Connaître l'outil informatique (suite Microsoft, Internet); Être citoyen-ne canadien-ne ou résident-e permanent-e; Avoir terminé vos études; Avoir entre 19 et 30 ans (inclusivement) et ne jamais avoir participé à un programme de la Stratégie emploi jeunesse du gouvernement du Canada; Être sans emploi ou sous-employé-e, c'est-à-dire ne pas avoir d'emploi rémunéré, travailler dans son domaine d'études moins de 35 heures par semaine ou travailler à temps plein ou partiel dans un domaine sans rapport avec son domaine d'études; Merci de faire parvenir une lettre d'intérêt et votre curriculum vitae avant le 15 mars 2011 à : info@socodevi.org en indiquant la référence suivante dans le sujet de votre courriel: Stage-Cameroun-Système d'aide à la décision-02. Position Description: Assess the overall situation of cooperatives; Support the setting up and use of a basic accounting and decision-making support system in partner cooperatives; Support and help with the training of local professionals; Help cooperatives manage and organize their commercial and financial operations; Conduct public engagement activities during the internship abroad and upon returning to Canada. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance or a field related to business management; Basic knowledge of the cooperative sector; Functional in French and English; Willingness to live in and travel to rural areas; Knowledge of computer tools (Microsoft Office, Internet); Canadian citizen or permanent resident; Completion of studies; Between the ages of 19 and 30 (inclusive) and has never participated in one of the Government of Canada's Youth Employment Strategy programs; Unemployed or under-employed, ie, does not have paid employment or works no more than 35 hours a week in his/her field of study or works full- or part-time in an area that is not related to his/her field of study. Dans chaque pays, des professionnels locaux recrutés et formés par SOCODEVI travaillent à renforcer les capacités des coopératives partenaires. Thanks to funding from the Canadian International Development Agency, the World Cocoa Foundation and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, SOCODEVI supports some fifty cooperatives that sell their members’ cocoa. Local professionals, recruited and trained by SOCODEVI, are working to strengthen the capacities of partner cooperatives in four West and Central African countries: the Ivory Coast, Liberia, Nigeria and Cameroon.
