Eligibilty criteria · Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada? · be aged between 19 and 30 years old and have a post secondary diploma in the different discipline covered? · All applications will be considered, the unemployed or underemployed (part-time employment outside the field of study) will be favored. Note that you are ineligible if you have had a previous paid, career-related, international work experience or if you have already participated in a Youth Employment Strategy (YES) international internship program. Qualification Technician degree in early childhood education · Knowledge of FRENCH is mandatory; · Ability and interest to work in a different cultural context; · Flexibility, openness and tolerance for ambiguity; · Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy; · Autonomy, resourcefulness, perseverance; · Teaching skills and ability to share information; · Ability to work in teams. Position description · Work with children and with children with special needs: observation, exchange and collaboration with staff. · Gradually introduce appropriate interventions (education, rehabilitation, animation) and produce tools for the staff. · Initiate the development of assessment tools, community outreach, and mentoring interventions.
