| Détails au sujet de l'organisation d'accueil : | The Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA) is a semi-autonomous Agency that operates under the auspices of the Ministry of Housing and Water. CH&PA is comprised of six Departments: Land Development and Allocation; Planning and Settlement Development; Settlement Regularisation and Upgrading; Projects: Low Income Settlement Programme; Management Information System and Human Resources. In addition to CH&PA’s Head Office, there are six Regional Housing Offices. The Central Planning and Housing Authority of Guyana was created in 1948 to address the housing needs of the working class of Guyana. It has as its objectives the following: · The acquisition and allocation of lands for housing purposes and urban development · The design, survey and development of schemes on its own and in collaboration with various groups · The regulation of town and country planning La Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA) est un organisme semi-autonome qui relève du ministère du Logement et de l’Eau. Elle compte six départements : aménagement et attribution des terres; planification et établissements; régularisation et amélioration des établissements; projets : programme d’établissements pour personnes à faible revenu; système d’information de gestion et ressources humaines. Six bureaux régionaux du logement viennent s’ajouter au siège de la CH&PA. La Central Planning and Housing Authority de la Guyana a été créée en 1948 pour répondre aux besoins en logements de la classe ouvrière.
