Description du stage :	Position Description: Provides day to day support to the Project Manager principally for project control and reporting. Assist in the preparation and management of drawings. Assist in the preparation of project documents and plans. Responsible for the collection and compilation of data collected at all levels, including those collected at the community level. Collect and record project data and information to enable accurate cost and time reporting and forecasting. Participates in audit and review of project delivery. Manages and reviews safety and environmental performance on a weekly basis. Any other duties as may be required by the project. Qualifications: A recent graduate of a Masters or Bachelors in Urban and Regional Planning Posses academic or work background related to site planning, community planning and development planning Some work experience in private development firms would be an asset (whether full-time or through study placements) Skilled in AutoCAD and other Drafting/Graphics software Some work experience in data analysis and research Skilled in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with desktop publishing would be an asset Excellent English language communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to write concise and well-structured reports and to present orally Strong ability to work in a team environment with a results-based orientation and an ability to bring tasks and written reports to completion under tight deadlines and an understanding of development issues in the Caribbean generally, and of the need to work with sensitivity and diplomacy in a foreign culture Description du poste : Fournir un soutien quotidien au gestionnaire de projet principalement pour le contrôle et le rapportage du projet Aider à la préparation et à la gestion de dessins Aider à la préparation de documents et de plans du projet Responsable de la collecte et de la compilation de données à tous les niveaux, y inclus celles rassemblées au niveau communautaire Collection et enregistrement des données du projet et de l'information pour faciliter le rapportage et les prévisions des coûts et du temps alloué Participation à la vérification et la révision de la livraison du projet Gestion et révision hebdomadaire de la sécurité et du rendement environnemental Qualifications : Finissant d'une maîtrise ou d'un baccalauréat récent en planification urbaine et régionale Possède des antécédents académiques et de travail liés à la planification de sites, à la planification communautaire et à la planification au développement Une certain expérience dans l'entreprise privé en matière de développement serait un atout (que ce soit à temps plein ou à travers des placements d'études) Qualifié dans l'utilisation d'AutoCAD et autres logiciels graphiques ou de dessins techniques Une certaine expérience dans l'analyse et la recherche de données Qualifié dans l'utilisation de MS Office dont Word, Excel, PowerPoint Expérience dans la microédition serait un atout Excellente compétence à communiquer en anglais, incluant une habilité démontrée à écrire des rapports concis et bien structurés ainsi que la capacité de faire des présentations orales Forte compétence à travailler dans un environnement d'équipe avec une orientation axée sur les résultats et une capacité à compléter des tâches et des rapports écrits dans des délais serrés, avec une bonne compréhension des enjeux de développement dans les Caraïbes en général, ainsi qu'une capacité à travailler avec tact et diplomatie au sein d'une culture étrangère
