The technical unit at FNGN is charged with following 400 cereal
producers and gardeners and works directly with families on improvign their net
production. Field agents train families and producers to better manage their
expenses and keep records of their business. In addition they offer training in
health care, hygiene and agricultural yield improvement. The intern will work
alongside this unit to reinforce their work with a special focus on improving
their communication and monitoring and evaluating system. The intern will work with the technical team to deliver training programs on agriculture and household finance to local communities. The intern will create monitoring and evaluation tools for the team to use. In addition they will gather and analyse the data collected to draw out trends and best practices such that the team can continue improving their interventions. |
