Mandat : VSO is an international development agency that works through volunteers. Our vision is a world without poverty in which people work together to fulfill their potential. Description du stage : Sana Logone is strengthening its program which trains associations of students' mothers in newly created schools in secure livelihoods through home economics. The objective of this project is to enable these mothers to better support their children in school.

In Canada
The Canadian phase of this internship will include pre-departure briefing, preparation, and resettlement activities. Six months of this internship will be spent in placement overseas.

The intern will be expected to:
- Assist Sana Logone managers to develop skills in planning and project management related to the training of mothers and associations of mothers(coaching/mentoring managers)
- Assist Sana Logone in the review of its strategic plan, particularly in the area of training and needs assessment for mothers
- Assist Sana Logone in delivering training to associations of mothers of students in new schools in the region
