Organisation d'accueil : Junta Nacional de Café de Peru
Détails au sujet de l'organisation d'accueil : The Junta Nacional del Café is the national association representing coffee producers in Peru. The Junta has played a leading role in promoting sustainable coffee production in Peru and is a member of the IISD/UNCTAD led Sustainable Coffee Partnership. JUNTA is a member of the Sustainable Commodity Initiative’s Sustainable Coffee Partnership (SCP), which is led by the IISD in conjunction with UNCTAD. As such, JUNTA is also a potential member of the Finance Alliance for Sustainable Trade (FAST), a new organization that was born from the leadership of the SCP. As a Latin American member of the SCP, Spanish documentation of key communications that result from the SCP would enhance our ability to contribute to the partnership, as well as many other Latin American based partners and stakeholders. The intern will also act to connect us more closely to key partnership representatives and strengthen our relationships with them.
