Description du stage :	Position Description: Assist plan tanzania in implementing its country strategic plan through identifying potential funding, developing project proposals, and injecting innovative ideas in the area of youth engagement Assist staff in the training of partners in youth engagement and private sector development Assist plan staff and partners with monitoring and evaluation Assist the household economic security program in preparing narrative reports to donors Collaborate with others for joint initiatives Qualifications: Meet alle IYIP eligibility requirements; A degree or diploma in international education, international development or a related field; Excellent proposal writing skills, familiarity with innovative programming and youth engagement; Experience with monitoring and evaluation; Familiarity with cida's results based management approaches; Ability to be adaptable and work effectively, both individually and in a team; Excellent oral and written english skills and organizational skills

Détails au sujet de l'organisation d'accueil :	The position relating to technical and vocational education will focus on skills training and the promotion of entrepreneurship (main location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania). The intern will provide support for country programming and complete their activities under the guidance of the Sustainable Family Livelihood Program leader. For a sustainable outcome, COTR intends to deploy 1 intern per year for 3 consecutive years, with each internship building on the previous year’s projects. The internship will strengthen COTR’s new partnership with Plan International Tanzania and support our expanding work in one of CIDA’s countries of focus.
