2015 CCGHR Undergraduate Global Health Forum
The theme for this year’s Forum examines the role of global health research in empowering sustainable initiatives that build local state capacity in practice and strengthen social contracts in governance.
Students at any level from all universities are invited to this one-day interdisciplinary forum that will facilitate dialogue on equity and sustainability in “glocal” health programs. The forum will be specifically tailored to providing undergraduate students with tools to fuel their interest in global health and international development through interactive workshops, expert panel discussions, an engaging keynote speaker, as well as the opportunity to submit abstracts in the production and dissemination of global health and international development knowledge (poster presentations & photo contest exhibition).
KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Dr. Richard Heinzl, Founder of First North American Doctors Without Borders Chapter, International Medical Director at Intrepid 24/7
